Interview Guidance Program
Face it with Confidence
Personality Test, which is generally called as Interview is not a mere Question and Answer session. It is devised to assess and analyse various Personality traits of the candidates. The Interview Board comprises of retired bureaucrats, educationalists and experts from various other fields who through interaction with the candidate would evaluate the candidates clarity of expression, grasp of narrative and argument, reasoning ability, appreciation of different points of view, awareness and concern for the socio-economic, political and allied issues both at national as well as international levels and range and depth of interest and personal attributes relevant to interaction with the people.
In short, the Personality Test plays a very crucial role in the final phase of the Civils Services Examination carrying 275 marks and with proper preparation, guidance and mentoring, a candidate should be able to breach the 200-225 marks.
